David Truitt, Project Associate
David joined Architectural Preservation Studio with over 5 years of experience in historic preservation, focusing on exterior detailing, waterproofing, and façade restoration. He also has experience in the construction field, making him a valuable asset for field work and detailing. David’s expertise is in all aspects of a project, from survey and documentation to construction drawings and construction administration. He has worked on a broad range of projects, including government and institutional. As well as high-end residential and small commercial projects, some involving renovation and adaptive reuse projects.
David is passionate about architecture and art, practicing a wide range of disciplines, including architectural design, photography, sculpture, and painting. His practice of architecture is informed greatly by his creative pursuits, and he strives to bring a creative approach to every problem.
David is currently working towards getting his architecture license in Pennsylvania.
